This 1-bedroom unit is identical to the 2-bedroom units in this complex except that in the 2-bedroom units when you walk in there is a small bedroom to the right. Tenants prefer NOT having that small bedroom, because in this 1-bedroom unit when you walk in there is a 10 foot closet the length of the hallway across from the kitchen (kitchen is on the left). What a wonderful closet for pots, pans and groceries right across from the kitchen.

Here is the difference: In the 2-bedroom units this much-needed closet faces the interior of the small bedroom. If you dont NEED that small bedroom, you will surely enjoy the 10 feet of closet right where it is: across from the kitchen!
