You will be sharing a 2 bedroom, 2 bath single family, with a retired female, along with a 4 pound schnauzer/Yorkie mix and a cat. The home is located in a quiet non-gated community in Miramar. Rental is not suitable for children, adults only. You will rent a fully furnished master bedroom: queen size adjustable bed, your own private refrigerator-freezer, table and chairs, large closet, private bath with walk-in shower, Apple TV, Amazon cable, AT&T internet and WiFi, use of laundry and kitchen, front porch. Utilities are included in rent. Small dog or cat welcome: Pet Fee $500 non-refundable paid at time of rental. $1200 rental deposit, $200 cleaning fee deducted when terminating rental. Parking in front yard only. Month to Month lease, short or long term, 30 day moving notice. Single occupancy: $1200/month. Double occupancy $1700/month. Oxygen is stored on premises: Absolutely no smoking inside house, smoking allowed outside on front porch only.
