The studio is a private, standalone space that comfortably accommodates 1-2 guests. You'll enjoy the serene surroundings of a 10-acre park located right in front of the main home. Inside, you'll find a plush queen bed and a full bathroom for your convenience. Unwind with a Smart TV, perfect for streaming your favorite shows, and stay connected with fast WiFi. There's a designated private parking space, with additional street parking available if needed.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and toaster. We've also stocked a coffee station and provided dishes, flatware, glasses, cooking utensils, and pots and pans. Please note that there is no dishwasher. For your convenience, a clothes washer and dryer are available in an exterior utility room, complete with starter laundry detergent.
