Wood laminate flooring is used throughout the home, and ceramic tile is used in the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen has laminate countertops and includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, and electric cooktop. Off of the kitchen is a breakfast nook. The primary bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with a shower-tub combo. The second bathroom is near the other two bedrooms and has a shower-tub combo. No utilites included. We are pleased to say this home is pet-friendly. We will consider up to two pets under 15 lbs. Prior approval is required, and all pets are screened through a 3rd party provider. (Aggressive breed dogs will not be considered). There is a non-refundable pet fee of $500 per pet. All showings are by appointment only and accompanied by an agent.
