The office staff are great (Loud shoutout to Chris!), non-urgent maintenance requests are almost always taken care of right away, the community is well maintained, as are the amenities (pool, gym, package room, etc). Only one 4-star rating when it comes to value. Our apartment could be more up-to-date (i.e., kitchen cabinet doors old design, stove has exposed elements, bathtubs are painted which is wearing off).
