No evictions in the past 3 years, and no balance owed to previous landlords ever. We score applicants through a scoring system, and late payments & collections will lower that score. There is a possibility of approval with lower scores but will require 1.5x or 2x the security deposit. We will verify rental history up to 3 years as well as your current employer.
