Cortland South Meridian

Cortland SM is a great place to live! I have experienced caring and thoughtful management, as well as efficient and friendly maintenance staff. The grounds are very well kept and the amenities are all quite nice and accommodating. This is a no-smoking community, which includes vaping, which seems to be a struggle for residents. The apartments are modern and thoughtfully designed, making good use of space. I enjoy living here and plan on staying for a couple years. The area is not quite walkable to restaurants, but it close to Scheels, Walmart, Lowes, and gas stations, as well as very close to the Highway entrance for easy commuting. It takes me 15min to the airport (outside of traffic time), and 30min to downtown Boise (also out of commuter traffic hours). Parking seems a little limited, as there are many roomates per larger unit, each with cars. Many have to park in the guest parking which is also extremely limited (a couple spots per row of parking).
