Thank you for your recent inquiry in the luxury rentals located at 2917 – 39 North Central Avenue in Chicago. These apartments are modern 2-bedroom, 2-full bathroom units that are spacious and open with high ceilings. Each apartment offers gourmet kitchens equipped with a full stainless steel appliance package and island. Master suites are large enough to easily fit a king size bed and storage will not be a problem as each master suite has 2 walk in-closets. Each residence comes with a full-size side by side washer and dryer and a private balcony. Included in the rent is one assigned outdoor parking space. The interior and exterior is camera monitored and has a key FOB controlled access system.
Zitella Construction and Management is a professional, boutique management company that has built, leased, and managed on the northwest side of Chicago. All rents, general inquiries, and maintenance requests are done thru a convenient and efficient online portal. We pride ourselves on fanatical customer service - all tenants will receive a response to maintenance requests or general inquiries within ONE business day.
Available for a November 20th move in, we have unit 301 available for $1795 per month which includes an outdoor assigned parking space, sewer/water and snow removal and scavenger. Please click this link for a video tour

We allow one pet per apartment, with a weight limit of 20lbs (breed restrictions apply and we do not allow breeds we deem aggressive). There is a $200 Pet deposit ; we permit Service animals as per state and local law.
Please note that after seeing the apartment, ANY prospective tenant that would like to move forward would need to apply. The application process requires a non-refundable $50 application fee per person. Keep in mind, we will run a credit check and amongst other things 700+ Transunion credit score is required to lease. We will do employment and income verification also and will require the 2 most recent paycheck stubs or sufficient proof of income. If an application is approved, in order to reserve the apartment, we require the following: #1. Signed lease, #2. Security Deposit equal to one month rent #3. Full first month rent. Before scheduling an appointment, please make sure you meet credit qualifications, can prove income and have the funds required.
