Beautiful Luxury 2/2 apartment in Bourbon Square Apartments. Lease ends on May 13th, 2017. Rent is $1,553.00+ garbage and water so usually ends up around $1,590.00 per month. In addition utilites include only electric. Electric bill so far has been roughly $140 a month. Internet is $65 but depending on what package you take can be more. Toatal monthly cost on average aprox $1,800.00.

The neighborhood is great. Location is great. Apartment has huge new york style brick walls, unit was remodled prior to our lease start on May 13th this year. 21ft balcony, great place to live. We are relocating for work.

We are open to subleasing through office, buy you need a 750 or higher credit score and need to earn over $70,000.00 per year.

More likely if we feel comfortable with the people renting or group we can work out a rental agreement.

We are open to renting out the rooms seperatly. $800 per month each + electric, and internet/cable. Depending on renters we may, or may not charge a deposit.

Anyone who wants to move in through office, or not must have proof of income. We dont care much on your credit(Office will) but you need to work, and earn a real income. The flat is beautiful, but expensive.

All costs have been acuratlly listed. We would like out of the lease, but would prefer not to pay the 2 months fee to break the contract.
