Non-smoking. Not pet friendly. Not baby or toddler-proofed.

The home is currently owner-occupied and a crash pad for up to 2 travel nurses or similar professionals. Monthly rent includes all utilities. $100 security deposit required. Background check will be run, no exceptions. No long-term commitment. (1-3 months is standard.)
