A co-signer or additional security deposit money will be required for a prospect if any of the above criteria is not met. Co-signer must meet all other criteria.
A nationwide criminal background check will be performed on all applicants and occupants age eighteen (18) and older. Anyone convicted of a felony in their lifetime will be denied. Those convicted of a violent or sexual felony or misdemeanor during their lifetime will be denied approval, including those wanting to be listed as occupants only.
