Application and Leasing Process:
1. Complete the Application: Submit your application through our Avail website.
2. Interview: We’ll schedule a phone call to answer questions and get to know you.
3. Property Tour: If suitable, we’ll arrange a time for you to tour the room and property.
4. Lease Agreement: If you decide to proceed, we’ll send you the lease through Avail. A $750 security deposit is required.
