We currently have a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condominium for rent with a covered patio and carport. It is located at 4204 Browns Lane, in Louisville Kentucky, on the first floor of the building in a very quiet neighborhood- and, within a very quiet community that borders the St. Matthews and Jeffersontown neighborhoods (within walking distance of St. Regis Park (and other attractive areas of recreation), shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores).

The listing (base) rental price is $1450.00 per month, which includes the $75 per month CAM (common area maintenance) fee. CAM includes (but is not limited to) water and sewers, trash removal, security, general property maintenance, common area cleaning (maintained monthly), and exterior and interior public and security lighting. The listed monthly CAM fee does not include gas and electric, cable or internet or other interior, personal elective utilities.

The base rental price is $1450. However, we offer a graded or sliding scale rental rate, depending on the term that you select. A one year lease is $1,450. An 18 month lease is $1,350! And, a 24 month lease is $1,250.

We are a quiet community and big on building relationships! Most of our tenants have been there for life and would make wonderful neighbors! We offered the sliding scale and a hopes to incentivize finding the right tenant and a long-term tenant who will enjoy the property for many years to come.

No pets are allowed unless your pet is a service animal- or, an emotional support animal that is verified and registered with a legitimate healthcare professional and in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act or other applicable Kentucky state law(s).

Availability is immediate. The application fee is $75 per adult (although you may be able to apply through this website for FREE). Supplemental documentation may be required upon request and submission of your application, including, but not limited to, a valid copy of a government identification card, proof of income (e.g. employer statement of income, 1099s, valid pay check stubs, or tax returns), and rental references. A one-year lease is required (but a discounted rent rate is applicable for long term tenants). A deposit equalling at least the same as the first month's rent is required- however, the deposit may vary based on one's creditworthiness and other qualifying factors at the time of application. We reserve the right to refuse application of anyone with a current or outstanding eviction of 10 years or newer.
