A security deposit of $875 is due at the time of the first month's rent, which is also $875.00.

This deposit will be returned in full within 30 days upon termination of tenancy, provided the property is returned in clean and undamaged condition.
Deductions may be made for excessive wear and tear, damage to the property, unpaid rent, or cleaning fees required to prepare the unit for the next tenant.

We require a 30-day notice prior to moving out.

Tenant Responsibilities:
Gas (for heat), electricity, water and lawn care.
Maintaining quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM on weekdays and 11 PM to 9 AM on weekends.
Respecting other tenants' privacy and avoiding disturbances.
Promptly reporting any maintenance issues.

No pets and No smoking.
We require an in-person viewing before accepting applications. If you're interested after seeing the property, you must complete the application process, which includes a one-time fee for this credit, eviction, and background check for each tenant who will be residing in the property.
