Its the pure slums , mice,roaches the maitenance is beyond horrible . They tell you one thing to get you in and the lie and say no one told you that. They have not one customer service skill at all.

I rating this because while the management seems very nice and attractive to concerns and request there is little to be desired.about neighbor noise control and it seems for now there isn't much they seem to do regarding resolving this for other tenants. Noisy inconsiderate neighbors is my main issue here and the location where I am which I didn't realize before taking the place. I should have asked for a top floor level.
