The living room/dining room area are separated by elegant pillars and a large modern gas fireplace rest in between the rooms. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and exits onto a large fenced in back yard great for BBQ's or setting up the kid's playground. A half-bath is on this level along with exit to lower-level where you will find another bedroom, rec-room area, laundry room and full bathroom.
