“Love the amenities and the location of the property. It’s very well kept and a beautiful area. Parking can be a little tight in some areas. Decent amount of noise comes through the ceiling. It’s not bad but definitely hear it the above apartment every day/night. Maintenance on the inside could be a little better! It’s nothing bad or unlivable, just kind of sloppy with the paint work and repairs for move in. Overall, 5 star rating! It’s a great place to stay! I love it!”

“One of the grills did not work as I had family over to grill out this past weekend and couldn’t grill. It has been super noisy on my floor some nights as people are blasting their music loud and just running/talking loud in the hallways. I want to just come home to a quiet night as I have long shifts of work! And lastly the management is great but I get frustrated if I need to get ahold of you guys for something but don’t receive an email back until like a week later. Are we gonna have pickleball courts yet? There is just talk that they laid grass over the area but yet we are paying for the amenities and it’s not even built to use it.”
