Hello! I recently got in Philadelphia and need to move in the next few weeks, but my lease isnt up until August. I am looking for someone to take over my lease (with option to renew at the same rate) in August.

Its a McKinley property, a beautiful two-bedroom apartment with a refinished bathroom, kitchen, and flooring in early 2017. Safe area, quiet neighbors, second/top floor apartment, plenty of closet and storage space, balcony, pool. There is laundry on-site, the maintenance staff is amazing, and a pool! There is plenty of free parking and its a two minute walk to the #5 bus route.

Right now, my rent is $1124, but the apartment is currently at $1300 market rate. You will have the opportunity in August to renew at the same rate that I would have been offered at if I were to stay. Its a great deal!

I am leaving March 24 (but can be flexible if you are motivated!), so you can move in before the end of the month rent-free. Please let me know if you are interested and I can show you around!
