No co-signers accepted. All tenants must be on the lease.

All tenants over 18 must make a combined monthly income of 3x the monthly rent. Paystubs or tax returns (for 1099 or self employed persons) to be provided to the management company for income verification prior to approval.

Credit must be 625+ for all tenants over the age of 18 living in the home. All tenants over 18 must submit a background and credit check provided by the management company. The owners will not accept any tenants with evictions or collections pertaining to housing (DTE, Cable/internet) on their credit and background check.
