A select few will be for available for rent (approx. $1,250.00 per month which includes Lot Rent) and some will be available for purchase ($78-90K turn-key-ready) This brand new home is located at 3 Fox Haven Dr. and features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, laundry room, new decks, and a neutral color pallet chosen for the interior finishes. Our community handles all grass cutting & trimming at no cost to you. -Application fee of $50 per adult
-Security deposit of $2500 is required (maybe reduced for a qualifying tenant)
-Minimum of 3X rent/income is required.
-Animals must be under 25lbs (no exceptions and animals are not preferred)
-You must be able to provide a government issued ID and a valid SS#
-NO negative rental history (no prior evictions, no exceptions)
-We run criminal background checks and credit checks
-Must not have any violent felonies, or hard drug related felonies
-Must have a job and be able to provide W-2/1099 & paycheck stubs
