There is a required credit score of 700 or higher, a background check, no evictions, no long term guest occupants( 10 days in a 6month period) that are not listed on the lease- and, all
adult occupants are required to separately qualify for, and be on the lease.
There is also an income verification, and income stability requirement- and, no pets except for a service, and/or an assistance animal.
