The apartment is no longer available, just waiting for the lease to be signed. Landlord pays for water and sewer and off street parking is included too! Security deposit is one and a half months rent($1,500). First months rent and security deposit due upon signing lease. Pets are welcome on a case by case basis and a pet security deposit($400) and monthly pet rent($50) will be required if you have pets. Section 8 rental assistance accepted and other types of vouchers/rental assistance also accepted. There is a free application you can fill out. But if the landlord picks you to rent to then a paid tenant screening application will be required for everyone 18 or older!
