These two apartment buildings are located in most beautiful area in the city; to the south you have million dollar row mansions, to the west Uber- trendy Elmwood village with absolutely every dining and and shopping option you will ever need, to the north you have Albright Knox Gallery and world renown Frederic Olmsted 's Delaware Park and Hoyt lake , and to the east upon have the Main St subway which allows easy access to the Medical Campus, university of Buffalo and Downtown. These two absolutely marvelous art deco apartment buildings overlook stunning and historic Gates circle and have been lovingly restored to it's period glamour.
