You should have a steady full-time job with sufficient income(minimum $4000 monthly take home income) and additional savings.

You will have the Master Bedroom with a keyed entrance. Amenities include optional cable hookup, free WiFi, Ceiling Fan, Window AC, large mahogany armoire, chest of drawers, door and window curtains, plenty of closet space and private use of your own shower/bathroom. You will have your own refrigerator and pantry area in a separate room. You will have shared use of the kitchen. You also have use of the backyard, deck, patio and storage space. On and off street parking is available. All utilities included. Nice neighborhood only minutes from food, LIRR, library, laundry-mat and parkway. 15 miles from Stony Brook University.

Single medical or business professional preferred working full-time. No pets please.

Rent is $1200 per month plus a $1200 Security Deposit. No Broker Fee. Starting lease is 6 months.
