The space

This beautiful garden (ground-floor) apartment of a brownstone in Harlem has it’s own secure entrance. There is a king size bedroom, marble bathroom and a spacious common area with kitchen and sit-down breakfast bar, living room. Black granite countertops, 6 burner Wolf range, SubZero Refrigerator, and Bosch dishwasher are featured in the fully equipped kitchen. A dedicated work area with a desk anchors one end of the large living room. A hallway separates the living area from the bedroom, providing privacy when the living area is used as a second sleeping area (2 sofas that fold down to full sized beds). Living room features an original ornamental fireplace and a 55″ 4k Samsung TV. This private apartment is on a lovely, tree-lined block, with cafes, shops, banks, drug stores and the subway a few steps away.
