Currently, looking for 1 more SINGLE roommate to share a 1 family house with 1 floor. This not for families or couples. Its more like a house with 3 roommates. About the house: there is a living room, 1 bathroom, kitchen, 1 available bedroom ($1,200/month to rent) and a small backyard. There is street parking available without alternate street parking rules. The house is a block away from Cross Bay Blvd, a 10 min walk away from Rockaway Blvd Train Station, and about a block away from many buses (i. e. Q52/ Q53 amongst others.) I'm looking for an Aug. 15th move-in. Heat/hot water, and wifi are included with the rent. Central AC should be installed in each of the rooms at some point in the month of August.
