The utility closet in primary bath includes washer/dryer hookups. Garage for parking and extra storage.
The neighborhood is close to Golden Gardens, Irwin, Bethel Community and State Street Parks, Meadowlark Prairie and the natural areas northwest of Eugene. It's located near transit, restaurants, schools and commerce.

Pet Policy: Owner/Agent prefers no pets, but may consider and approve on a case-by-case basis. There is an additional security deposit of $500 and pet rent of $25/month for each approved pet.
Utilities: Tenants are responsible for power, water & sewer, refuse service and internet/cable if desired.
Laundry: Home includes washer/dryer hookups in the utility closet in the primary bathroom.
Landscaping: Tenant is responsible for landscaping/exterior care.
Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home, and these activities are not allowed on the property.
First-Come, First-Serve: We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. The nonrefundable screening fee is $45 per adult applicant.
Financial Responsibility: Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 5 days of being approved to rent. We may consider brief, reasonable requests to begin the rental agreement later.
