One floor living, single family home w/extra room as office/study/play room plus an attached workshop area. Living room comes with a gas fireplace. Microwave, (no dishwasher) Washer & Dryer (in unfinished basement) Electric Heat Pump/Central A/C (Resident pays for propane for fireplace and shop heat only). It is a short drive to Millersville University, Franklin and Marshall College, shopping, restaurants and much more! Excellent staffing in office and maintenance. Easy access to all major routes and walking paths. We look forward to hearing from you!

We are pet friendly and ask for a $250 pet security deposit for full grown pets or $400 for a puppy (under one year of age). Pet security is in addition to residential security deposit and is refundable after move-out as long as there is no pet damage. We do have a restricted breed list so please inquire for your specific pet before making application. Limit of two pets per unit.
Monthly pet fees are based on what the pet will weigh when full grown.:
• $30/month per cat or dog under 40 lbs
• $50/month per dog over 40 lbs
