This 2-bedroom house includes 1.5 bathrooms, a front and back porch, a finished basement which can be used as an extra living space, central air, a gas stove, a fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, and washer and dryer hookups. Furniture's not included.

As part of our rental process, we conduct a national and local background check, employment verification, and landlord verification before approval. There is a non-refundable application fee of $35.00 per adult.

Tenants are responsible for gas, water, and electric utilities. To move in, we require the first month's rent, last month's rent, and a security deposit. Additionally, the tenant's net income must be at least three times the rent or above ($4,350.00).
