- A Media Room perfect for entertaining: Equipped with a Trackman Golf Simulator that doubles as a big screen for our provided movie subscription services!
- Our bi-level gym features peloton treadmills and bikes, unassisted squat racks, Pilates reformers, and a Lulu lemon smart mirror! With a turf space upstairs there’s plenty of room for HIIT workouts, and post-workout enjoy a rest in our infrared dry heat sauna!
- Coworking lounge with open seating and breakout conference rooms/study pods.
- Speakeasy lounge on the 6th floor with fireplace seating, & soft music throughout the day with Sonos surround sound. With indoor/outdoor seating and a city line view, it's a perfect spot for your next in-home event!

Dogs and cats are welcome here at The Luxe! We have a pet spa with an elevated dog wash on our ground level; also a 6th-floor rooftop dog park!
SEPTA's Berks Station is a 10-minute walk and provides a traffic-free commute to Center City (10 min) and into University City (15 min).
We are within a 15-minute walk of Stateside Vodka Bar, Four Humours, Kalaya, LMNO, Luna Cafe, Monarch Yoga, Suraya, Philly Style Bagels, Frankford Hall, and many more neighborhood hot spots!
