This rental is available June 15th, furnished, for up to a one year lease. One month damage deposit required. Utilities transfer to tenant. Tenant will be required to pay an exit cleaning fee of $300. Any rentals under 90 days will incur 10% SC accommodations tax. Rental rate may vary based on length of stay.
