Appointed for comfort and functionality, there is bar top seating for dining and a study nook complete with a desk for working or reading. Bed types are one queen and one full and the master bedroom does have an en suite bathroom.

Please note that this unit does not provide parking. Garage and on-street parking are ample and easily accessible in downtown Charleston. The George street garage across the street averages $16 a day (the parking rate is calculated by $16 times 30 days). One dog up to 40 pounds can be accommodated. Please be aware there is no grass around the building and dogs will have to be walked to the nearest park.
