I have always lived alone, and in April had a friend move into the spare room and she is now moving to a different state for a job, so I decided why not try and rent it out again. I bought my townhouse 3.5 years ago and have updated it with fresh paint, new carpet upstairs, LVP flooring downstairs, and in the kitchen and the baths upstairs, half bath downstairs as well. Full use of the kitchen, laundry room as well as the great room with gas fireplace. I am the owner and I do live here just in the master bedroom this is a 2 full bedroom and 2 full baths with a 1/2 bath downstairs.
