LIVING AREAS Den has dual reclining leather sofa; two comfy recliners; ceiling fan; and 55” smart TV Sunroom has sleeper sofa; game table and chairs; loveseat; ceiling fans; and 55” smart TV KITCHEN AND DINING Kitchen high top table seats 4 Dining room table seats 6 Fully equipped for meals with dishes, cups, glasses, flatware, cookware, cooking utensils, electric stove, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker (pods and brew), toaster oven and a blender. BEDS and BATHS Primary bedroom has adjustable king bed; smart TV; ceiling fan; and white noise machine. Primary bath has double vanity and tub/shower combination. Bedroom #2 has queen bed with smart TV and ceiling fan Bedroom #3 has two twin beds with ceiling fan and workspace (no TV) Hall bath has single vanity and tub/shower combination Sunroom has full size sleeper sofa (mattress recommended for children only) LAUNDRY Washer and dryer are onsite for guest use. Please remove sand from items before washing. Do not overload machines. Remove dryer lint with each use. Iron and ironing board are provided. INITIAL SUPPLIES A starter supply kit of shampoo, toilet paper, hand soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, coffee, creamer, sugar and paper towels will be provided at check in. Guests are responsible for additional supplies needed for the duration of the stay. LINENS AND BEDDING Bed linens, blankets and pillows are provided for each bed. Bath towels, hand towels and washcloths for the number of booked guests are provided. Daily linen service, beach towels and beach blankets are not provided.
