I live at Knox Ridge and am looking to sublease my room from May-July! If youre taking summer classes, but not for all three months, then we could work something out! Rent is a month, but Im more than willing to negotiate a price with you! (

Knox Ridge is about 10 minutes from campus! I have early morning classes and it takes me almost exactly 10 minutes to drive to campus and park! Living at Knox ridge means avoiding the strip/fort traffic! If you dont have a car, there is also a free shuttle that goes to and from campus!!

I have loved living here! All of my roommates are super quiet and super clean. There is always room to park right outside the door on both levels!

Knox Ridge is fully furnished. The bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, dresser, desk, night stand, has a walk in closet, and has its own bathroom! Also a fully furnished kitchen/living room/dining room. It is huge in square footage! Its 3 stories with the bottom floor having a storage closet for each resident, the second floor having the kitchen and living room, and the top floor having the bedrooms and washer and drier unit! Its one of the most affordable fully furnished apartment complex around Knoxville! (Cheaper than the really nice dorms on campus!!)

Since it will be summer, there is a lazy river near the clubhouse! It had a Jumbotron in which movies are shown on! You can relax in the lazy river or hot tub and watch a movie. There is also a gym!

Knox Ridge is PET FRIENDLY!!! There are a couple small fenced in dog parks you can bring your furry friends to.
