“Hardy Oak Apartment complex is clean and quiet. Much different from other complexes I’ve lived at. The amenities are nice and kept up with. There is a valet trash service that really does make such a huge difference. It’s the little things. I never have to spend time finding a parking spot. I also never have to park far because there is always open spots. Visitors do have to register their vehicles, but I like that. Maintenance is quick and knowledgeable. They actually get things done here! I don’t have many interactions with management but the few I do have, have all been pleasant. Overall, it’s an actual community here.”

“The price is pretty high but I realize that this is a prime area so they can get this due to demand for the area. I am least satisfied with the parking because they do not enforce towing and many people obviously allow friends and significant others to park in the lot so if you arrive late you can end up not able to park.”

“I feel Trove deserves 5 stars because it is always clean and safe. Maintenance is always so prompt, efficient & reliable. The noise is always controlled and minimal. I’m never disappointed in any of the amenities.. all in all I love my home I wouldn’t choose any other place to live with my children.”
