The townhome features a shared, furnished living area with brand-new appliances, an open-concept living space with a large kitchen island, a walk-in pantry, and a garage parking spot. A convenient laundry room on the second floor includes a washer and dryer.

| Your Room |
The room is approximately 10'-8" x 11'-5" (121.78 Sq Ft) on the second floor. The room is carpeted and contains a closet and a south-facing window.

Indigo Bend is within a 10-minute walk to a shopping complex, a five-minute drive to Hill Air Force Base South Gate, and close to Weber State University Davis Campus, U.S. 89, and I-15. The community is also near walking/biking trails, golf courses, restaurants, schools, and shopping.

| Lease Details |
The $1,150 monthly rent includes utilities and H.O.A. Fees. A $750 security deposit, $55 online rental application fee, $45 move-in fee, and renter's insurance are required. The lease term is a 6-month commitment, moving to month-to-month after that. No pets or smoking allowed. The lease also contains a military Clause provision to allow military residents to end their Rental Agreement prematurely for reasons connected with military service.
