Every two-bedroom apartment has large windows, lots of storage and assigned parking. Tenants are responsible for two utility bills and a mandatory cable/internet package. Parking fee is $10/vehicle per month. We do not accept cats. Twin Creek Apartments is across the street from the Intermountain Medical Center and Budge Clinic. The Cache Valley Mall, grocery stores, restaurants and movie theatres are all within a 3-block radius. USU is just minutes away by bike, car or bus. The coin-op laundry is available 24 hours.
