I am a flight attendant and I would be your only roommate. Because I travel so often, you would have the house to yourself a few nights a week. The main bathroom is shared but there is a guest bath that could be used as your private vanity.

My 2 bed 1.5 bath townhouse is cute and cozy. I have a huge TV and every appliance you could need in the kitchen. Brand new washer and dryer in unit. AC and central heating. Huge parking lot in the complex with lots of space. Located centrally in a quiet neighborhood of West Millcreek near the Front climbing gym and St. Mark's Hospital.

I am 33, outdoorsy, slightly introverted after work sometimes, but usually down to have a chat over coffee or while we cook dinner. Looking for someone who works out of the house and that I have things in common with. FYI there will be alcohol in the home and I have a serious boyfriend who lives in Denver. We visit each other often.

I have a cat so no other pets allowed. She has an auto feeder and auto litter box and is self sufficient.

Background check is required- cost is the responsibility of the tenant. It's $42 with the company I use, or you can use rentler.
