The lease options are:

Month to month lease with a 1 month minimum stay: $1,950.00 per month for a single person or a couple ($150 extra for a third person) with the deposit of $500 and a 1 week notice to vacate. Monthly Pet Fee $50 per pet and a $200 pet deposit.
Month to month lease with a 4 month minimum stay: $1,875.00 per month for a single person or a couple ($150 extra for a third person) with the deposit of $500 and last month's rent paid in full with a 1 month notice to vacate. Monthly Pet Fee $50 per pet and a $200 pet deposit.
Month to month lease with a 6 month minimum stay: $1,800.00 per month for a single person or a couple ($150 extra for a third person) with the deposit of $500 and last month's rent paid in full with a 1 month notice to vacate. Monthly Pet Fee $50 per pet and a $200 pet deposit.
Month to month lease with a 12 month minimum stay: $1,725.00 per month for a single person or a couple ($150 extra for a third person) with the deposit of $500 and last month's rent paid in full with a 1 month notice to vacate. Monthly Pet Fee $50 per pet and a $200 pet deposit.
