Linens such as extra bedding, towels, and wash clothes are provided. A full size washer and dryer are located in the property. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you may need for cooking. There is currently not a dishwasher. You may dine at the kitchen table or bar area. There is also have a small deck w/ fenced in backyard if you have fur babies or would like to read or spend time outside. The house is close to interstate 64 as well as the Blue Ridge Parkway. The house is within a 5 minute drive to a brewery, cidery, and a kombucha shop and the downtown area w/ restaurants and coffee shops. The house is also within a 15 minute drive to Route 151- which has many breweries and wineries. Additionally, the house is a 15 min drive to Augusta Health and about 25-30 min to UVA. Short term rentals of 3, 6 or 9 months accepted. Dogs welcome.
