We are a family-owned business and we respond directly to your requests and concerns. There is plentiful on-street parking as well as a shared driveway space.
This building does have a damp and frequently wet basement due to the high water table from the nearby creek. If you are highly sensitive to that, this may not be the location for you.
Available April 1, 2025 for lease running through July 31, 2026. Rent will be $1800 per month starting in August 2025, but until then, rent is only $1550 through a sublease from the current tenant. There is an additional $45 monthly utility fee to cover water & sewer. Tenant pays own gas & electric. Security deposit of one month's rent is due when you sign the lease.
