-We show units by appointment, Tuesday – Friday, 11am – 3pm, 4-5 showings per day.

-Income must be from a verifiable source, no cash paying jobs or temporary positions will qualify.
-Proof of identification is required. Your valid State ID, Driver's license or passport are acceptable.
-3+ years of rental history with positive references from current and prior landlord, no evictions or unpaid judgements or excessive collections.
-If your eviction is less than 2 years old or is in open case status with the courts, we probably will not be able to work with you.
-If approved, you are required to provide Proof of Renter's Insurance. Renter's insurance is required prior to receiving keys. World Property Management LLC (WPM) must be listed as “ADDITIONAL INSURED” not additional interest.
-If approved, proof of WE Energies activated in your name AND proof of insurance with WPM listed as “ADDITIONAL INSURED” will be required prior to receiving keys.
-A person whose application is denied may not reapply for 90 days
-3 to 4 business days to process applications.
