PETS ARE ALLOWED ONLY UPON APPROVAL OF MANAGEMENT. If a pet is approved, tenant must pay $45/month pet fee.
1 MONTH'S WORTH OF PET RENT WILL BE REQUIRED AT SIGNING FOR TENANTS WITH A PET.
