The condo is nestled in a private, beautifully landscaped gated community with sophisticated security phone entry system. The complex includes a pool, jacuzzi and clubhouse with running springs throughout the property which gives a very peaceful yet private atmosphere in the foothills.

The bedroom has a queen size, adjustable firmness control mattress, a 3 x 6 desk with LED lights, filing cabinets, a desk/office chair, a huge walk in-closet for clothes and extra storage and two side tables with drawers and a lamp on each.
