Absolutely no packages will be accepted via USPS. Guests can send packages via UPS/Fedex/Amazon at their own discretion as PaseoHomesAZ will not intercept and not responsible for packages. Lost/Stolen/Damaged packages are responsible of the sender.
Pets upon approval with fee applied
The renting party must be 25 or older and staying in the home throughout the duration of the reservation.

Other Information:
$75 pet fee/dog. Max - 2 medium dogs. We ask that all dog poop be cleaned up and disposed of properly before departure. To be paid separately after booking.
***If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without PaseoHomesAZ approval you may be subject to a fine.
No Cats Preferred
You will have the whole home to yourselves when booking with PaseoHomesAZ.
A dedicated, personal door code will be provided to you 24 hours prior to your check in time via email.
We recommend providing your own transportation
We utilize a decibel monitoring system in each home and in the backyard space. These devices do NOT record or video - they simply alert us to decibels peaking over a threshold we\'ve set to remain good neighbors
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit & rental agreement.
We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
Early check in/late check out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Approval required.

A SIGNED RENTAL CONTRACT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RENTALS AND MUST BE SIGNED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. NO EXCEPTIONS.

PLEASE NOTE:
The town of Cave Creek explicitly prohibits excessive outdoor noise, and it will not be tolerated. Assessed fines and penalties will be charged against the traveler(s). During ALL hour\'s noise and music MUST remain at a REASONABLE level. This is not a party house.
