In the garage you will find the washer and dryer as well as storage. The hall bath has a tub/shower with marble tile in the shower and on the counters. There is also a white cabinet with a single sink. The master bedroom also has vaulted ceilings and a sliding door that leads to the patio area. It has its own en suite with a shower. Two other nice sized rooms are down the hall. This home has CH&A, Elementary school is Dry Creek Joint, Middle school is also Dry Creek Joint and HS is Roseville Joint.
This is a no smoking home and will not take a co-signor. One small dog will be considered with an additional deposit. the resident will be responsible for putting the water into their name and paying the entire bill. There is a monthly utility surcharge of $100 for sewer and garbage.
