The house is located just 12 minutes from Bakersfield College Campus and near a paved bike path that goes to Hart Park and Lake Ming. You’ll have a pleasant view of the mountains when driving eastwardly to home. The back yard contains two large patios with a large 4-foot diameter fire table and a large gas grill. Renters are not allowed to have pets. There is an inside cat that still lives there from before the policy change. No Smoking!

The lease term is 6 months preferred.
