Income can include assistance such as child support, food stamps, section 8, etc. Note: When applying, please be sure to include clear proof of income (w-2, paystubs, tax returns, etc.) We do not accept screenshots of accounts (documents submitted must be a PDF copy of the statement showing full name, dates account details). 4. A Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN). 5. Valid, current, government issued Photo ID. 6. You must obtain or currently have and be willing to transfer a Renter's Insurance Policy. 7. A $45.00 (per applicant) processing fee, must accompany each application submitted.
