This is a Beach Studio, overlooking the ocean, with panoramic views from Monterey to Santa Cruz. This is in a great neighborhood, great for long walks, bikes available, hiking trails a few blocks away. Access to beach is 6 blocks away on Beach Gate Way. This studio has its own private entrance. It has its own private covered deck, with lots of seating. The kitchenette has everything, including a coffee maker, well stocked refrigerator, hotplate, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, sink, oven, sink.

The Fanti-Sea beach studio rents for $148. a night, with a $35. cleaning deposit. A small dog is possible, for an fee of $10. a night. If there is a 3rd person, or child the fee is an additional $20. per night. The Security Deposit is $150.
